Chichest has developed and constructed projects across mid-to-high-rise residential towers, mixed-use commercial schemes, and multi-tenancy developments — from eight-storey residential buildings through to twelve-storey towers and major mixed-use complexes with cinemas, hospitality, offices, and retail. These projects were conceived, funded, and delivered by our team. That history is not decorative. It is the foundation on which every new project is built.
Our current focus is medium-density residential where design is the differentiator. We work with architects who understand restraint — who know that a well-proportioned apartment with good light and sensible circulation outperforms a flashy one with a poor floor plan. We brief for liveability and longevity, because both serve the buyer and the investor equally well over time.
Our principals bring senior executive experience from major government and defence construction programmes in Australia and internationally — the kind of work where the bar is set by clients who will not accept excuses. That experience shapes how we run programmes, how we hold consultants and contractors to account, and how we price and manage risk. Most developers never get near it.
Chichest is a principal-led firm. Our team spans development, construction, design management, planning, and finance — drawing on decades of combined experience across residential towers, mixed-use developments, government infrastructure, and defence projects in Australia and internationally. We work with a tight network of specialist consultants and contractors who share our standards. Every project is overseen directly by our principals, from feasibility to handover.
